Welcome to Meow Woof Club!

By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products

  • All digital products (e.g., coloring sheets) are delivered as PDF files. No physical items are shipped.

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded your files.

2. Physical Products

  • Physical items are produced, packaged, and shipped to customers in the USA.

  • Delivering Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks.

  • Returns & Refunds:

    • Because our items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

3. Personal Use Only (Artwork & Designs)

  • All coloring pages, prints, and designs are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may:
    Display prints in your home.
    Print coloring sheets for yourself and your children.

  • You may not:
    Resell, share, or redistribute files or artwork digitally or physically.
    Use the artwork for commercial projects or merchandise.

4. Copyright

  • All designs, artwork, and materials are copyrighted © Meow Woof Club/ Future Fun Lab LLC.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. International Customers

  • Digital products are available worldwide.

  • Physical product shipping is currently available in [USA only.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe/PayPal, and your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

  • Where required (e.g., EU/UK/Australia), VAT/GST is collected automatically at checkout for digital goods.

6. Community & Conduct

  • Our community is meant to be safe, fun, and family-friendly. We ask that all members treat each other with kindness and respect.

  • We reserve the right to remove members who violate these values or misuse our products.

7. Changes Shop

  • We may occasionally update pricing, bundles, or terms. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email or on our website.
