Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:

1. Digital Products (Coloring Sheets)

  • All digital products are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.

  • Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot provide refunds.

2. Physical Products

  • Most of our physical items are made-to-order, so we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

  • Refunds or replacements are only available if:

    • Your order arrives damaged

    • The item is defective

    • You received the wrong item

  • To request a replacement/refund:

    • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

    • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll send you a return label, but return shipping costs are covered by you.

  • Please make sure it’s in its original, resealable condition with all original packaging included to avoid damage in transit.

  • As soon as we receive your item in good condition, we’ll process your refund.

  • Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to show up in your bank account.

3. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
