1. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping Within the USA

• We currently ship to customers within the United States.

• Estimated delivery time: 1-2 weeks after processing.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fee is free.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Incorrect Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. International Shipping

• At this time, we ship physical items to USA only.

• Digital products (such as coloring sheets and memberships) are available worldwide.
