1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Within the USA
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 weeks after processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fee is free.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship physical items to USA only.
Digital products (such as coloring sheets and memberships) are available worldwide.
