Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:
1. Digital Products (Coloring Sheets, Downloads, Membership)
All digital products are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot provide refunds.
Memberships:
Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Canceled members will keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Physical Products
Most of our physical items are made-to-order, so we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Refunds or replacements are only available if:
Your order arrives damaged
The item is defective
You received the wrong item
To request a replacement/refund:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll send you a return label, but return shipping costs are covered by you.
Please make sure it’s in its original, resealable condition with all original packaging included to avoid damage in transit.
As soon as we receive your item in good condition, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to show up in your bank account.
3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
4. How to Cancel a Membership
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@meowwoofclub.com
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
