*Membership & Coloring Sheets

Q: How does the membership work?
A: Each month, members can access to a new set of coloring sheets (PDF format). You can download and print them at home as many times as you’d like for personal use.

Q: How long can I access to a monthly set.

A: Members can access to a set for 2 months. A set will be removed after 2 months, so please don’t forget to download all within the time frame.

Q: How do I download my coloring sheets?
A: Once logged in to your account, go to any set section you want to download. Simply click the link to download your files.

Q: Do I need special paper or a printer?
A: Not at all! Regular printer paper works great. For extra durability, you can print on thicker cardstock.

Q: Can I use these sheets in my classroom or daycare?
A: Our sheets are for personal use only (your household). If you’d like to use them for a classroom or group setting, please contact us for a group license.

Q: Can I share the files with friends or online groups?
A: No, files are for your household only. But feel free to share our shop link with friends—they’ll thank you later!

*Physical Products

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship physical items within the USA. (But our digital coloring sheets are available worldwide).

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Since our products are made on demand, so most orders arrive in 1-2 weeks after processing.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

*Payments & Cancellations

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc), and secure checkout through Stripe.

Q: Can I cancel my membership anytime?
A: Yes! You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. You’ll still have access until the end of your billing cycle.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Digital downloads and memberships are non-refundable. Physical items may be refunded or replaced if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
